Looks good but not functional

When I tried this automotive light cover, I was disappointed to find that it doesn't provide any significant protection against harsh weather conditions. It only seems to serve an aesthetic purpose, but even then, it's not worth the cost. The chrome finish may look nice for a short while, but it eventually fades and becomes dull-looking. I wouldn't recommend this product to anyone looking for a functional light cover.

Hooks on tailgates if ignored

Looks good but not cut right. A few of the edges were a bit jagged, but I might not notice it because you really have to look to see it. If you didn't know he was there, you would never notice him. The real problem is how they wrap around the taillight on the tailgate. Without these things, there is very little ground clearance. When they're on, the tailgate will grab the trim pieces and scratch your tailgate as it catches both of those trim pieces when it tries to open. They are going back…

Easy to put on, great look

I bought these for a 2010 Yukon XL. They look great and are easy to put on. Simply clean the rear light surface with alcohol, let it dry and check that there is no lint or material residue on the lens. Then remove the backing from the 3M tape (which is already attached to the inside of the taillight covers) and press into place. A few words of caution.
