Definitely helps but doesn't fully solve problem

I think all dogs have the issue with walking away from the water bowl with a mouth full of water and subsequently dripping it all over the floor. Our 2 50-60 lb dogs are no exception. The problem was exaggerated by giving them a deep water bowl that was placed on the floor. Not only does this add to the splashing water issue but it can be bad for a dogs health to lean over too far to drink, especially if they drink quickly. It does not have instructions.

The bowl is great height for our labra-doodle. However the white insert is meant to be free floating. Fill the bowl and let the white piece float. It allows any food crumbs from your dog's mouth and keeps it at the bottom of the bowl. Once the white piece sets on the base of the bowl you can refill it. The water dish is easy to clean and is stable and won't tip over.

Not bad, not what I expected

So basically this is a plastic stand with adjustable legs. It has a plastic floating plate that is supposed to make it splash proof? The anti spill is great. The adjustable legs are nice too. Splash proof? Not so much. Our other water dish for our 2 large dogs is a gallon and a half gravity fed bowl. Our dogs are sloppy and make a mess through half the kitchen. I was looking for something to help with the constant wet sock issue. This doesn’t really help with the sloppy drinker situation. While

Awesome but I don't understand the reason for the floating disc.

Comes assembled and works awesome. I'm not really sure what the reason for the floating disc is.but it's cool and it works. The legs are adjustable to 3 different heights. The floating disc and bowl comes out for easy cleaning.

Cute but not very effective

This was advertised to reduce splashes from dogs drinking, but I didn't see a difference. Plus the bowl really doesn't hold as much as it could since the disc takes up space. I had to refill this multiple times a day for my two dogs, so wouldn't work well if you will be away from the house all day. All in all disappointing.

Excellent for senior pups!

I have two senior doggies, 17 and 16 years old, who are almost blind and constantly bump into the water bowl, spilling water on the floor. I was planning to make a custom stand for their water bowl when I stumbled upon this unit. Dogs appreciate it!

The dogs seem to be perfectly okay with the change of their water dish. My floors certainly appreciate the far lessened dribbling of water!

Raised Water Bowl for my opinion

This was very easy to assemble; once assembled you are able to adjust to the height you need. It does allow less mess with water drinking and is easy to clean.
