Great software to add reservations to your hotel room and track reservations

I liked how easy it was to set up ratetigers in my hotels rooms (we have over 100). It is also great that they can be customized per each reservation for different options like tv time limits etc which other softwares don't let you do with more than 1 hotel at once! The only thing i disliked about this software compared ot some others out there would just not allow me add new ones as fast or efficiently without going into one by many pages first then back again before continuing adding them so

  • Very user friendly
  • Easy access
  • Not complicated looking layout & design.
  • This saves alotneffort especially since guest gets emailed straight away instead having wait around while trying tg find an actual mailbox somewhere else

  • Nothing

Love using RateTiger Payment Gateway since 2011, and always recommend friends

I like that they can adjust their pricing to suit my needs when i have not already set it up at time of booking or during stay in hotel/resort etc (sometimes last minute). Sometimes you may need admin support for this as well but overall ok so far! This is great service offered by them which saves me money too!! Great idea. You should try out rate tiger if still looking then just give these guys a go cos its cheap easy friendly payment method with no chargebacks unlike hotels who will raise…

Pros
  • I like the way they can adjust their prices at the last minute if I find cheaper hotel/resort in same area and I dont use their service
Cons
  • I dislike not being able to make payments offline and also the fact that I am required to sign using my phone number that they give me in order to make payment and get credit card details
