I found it very hard to set it up with the ear piece and tubing, but once I had it set up it worked almost as well as my prescription ones that cost several thousand! For the record, I give my Rx HAs a 3: despite daily cleaning, they must be professionally cleaned after each 2 months of wear and, in this time of Covid-19, while the cleanings are free it's not worth the risk of infection from returning to (name of store omitted) where I bought them.
