Reese Towpower 74715 T Connector Review

The product did everything I needed. Everything needed for the installation has arrived. Used it for my trailer carrier on a trip from Seattle to Anaheim, had no problems with it. The light worked exactly as it should. Nothing more to say about the wiring harness set.

Easy to install thanks to the clever layout of the 2008 Honda Odyssey. The hardest part of the installation is making sure you don't snap any of the clips holding the liner to the car. Alternatively, you can wear gloves as the plastic inner lining has sharp edges. 4 stars because there is no 3m style double-sided sticker. The rest is definitely worth the money!

Bought because it was cheap. The kit did not use double-sided tape to attach the module, and instead of a fuse in the power cable, it has a fuse. Knowing this, I'd be better off buying with a real fuse. If the fuse blows, you may need to replace the controller. It took a long time to install correctly and I even routed it through the connector on the DS outside the car and up to the hitch. That's so long.

Upon receipt the box clearly states that these are 2005-2010 models only. I checked to make sure it fits anyway and the connectors aren't even the right size. It appears to be well built and I expect everything will be fine once you have the correct model year car. I plan on finding and ordering the correct part on the Reese website, but it's sad that Revain's "vehicle compatibility check" for this part is wrong.

If you search YouTube for how to install one of these trailer wiring harness kits you won't have a problem. This one was cheaper than other brands and it wasn't lacking in quality. Installed quickly and with absolutely no problems. Connects instantly. I have a 2010 Odyssey. Drilled a screw for the ground wire.
