love it. My new floor looks great. Cannot leak bottles when inserted into the tank. Update: Found that the siphon hoses in the bottles had come loose during shipping (2 bottles). Reconnected and now they don't flow when you insert them into the pen.

DO NOT BUY! This item broke during installation. I tried to fix it because I really didn't want to return it because I hate traditional mopping, but after I fixed it the damn thing kept breaking while I was using it! Plus it's HARD HARD HARD! I'd rather brush off how heavy this thing was the old-fashioned way. And I'm strong, okay, so if it tires me, it tires you ladies too. And if you're a guy who knows, you might not mind, but this is the worst money ever spent.

My high hopes for an effective and convenient hard floor cleaning applicator were not met as this product breaks down with normal use and cannot be used as described in the product description. The long parts of the handle are said to be designed to snap against each other and stay in place. However, parts of the handle fall apart during use. I would like to give 5 stars. IF someone can tell me what's wrong with it. I scrubbed the floor with hot water until there was no trace of the cleaning lady of yore. I had to repeat this process FIVE times to finally remove the sediment (my dirty water eventually cleared). I let it dry and checked for stickiness in pumps. There was no stickiness. I then used this product, sprayed liberally and wiped twice. I let it dry. When I went over it the stickiness returned and it was just as bad as…

I assembled it as indicated in the instructions. That worked well the first few times. then the atomizer only works for the first 10 clicks on the handle that dispenses the cleaning liquid. I went through their FAQ and tried their solution to the problem. It didn't work, he stopped spraying anyway. I don't know why it worked the first 10 times or so and then stopped working. There are better tools for cleaning hardwood floors and other surfaces. But the grout head is worth the price of this unit and I only use it for that purpose, along with the excellent Rejuvenate grout cleaner. Keeps my grout looking brand new with ease as this device saves you from getting on your hands and knees with a toothbrush to do the same job. I expected a lot more from this company. Rejuvenate makes great floor cleaners, so I figured this device would be just as good. Unfortunately it isn't. It's very flimsy, the pieces didn't fit together properly, and I was never able to get the attachment to work.
