I bought this to mount a small Garmin on the dash. I was initially repelled by the sticky gel on the suction cup, but okay. installs the disc and then the suction cup. It lasted about a week, and then it started to go away and is still going away. What good is the telescope function if you can't craft a base to hold it?

I've had this item since February 2019 and it works great. However, this summer the sun/heat has caused the adhesive on the suction cup to melt and come off my windshield. There was a sticky mess left on the window and now the suction cup isn't sticking. I miss my Garmin holder. Too bad they didn't sell a replacement suction cup!

Fast shipping, great communication. Bracket works as described. I've had other vacuums and this is by far the best. The adjustable extension arm is also handy for attachment points where a shorter bracket would not fit. I plan to buy one for each of my machines. If a family member needs a mount, I would recommend it.

First I tried to install the device in several different places on the dashboard. The device doesn't stick well to the dashboard and falls to the ground after a day or two, so I put it on the windshield. I tried a Garmin OEM suction cup mount and found that due to the tilt it's mounted on, I can't get the required tilt without being blinded by a few inches of canopy. Six months later and this one's still there, even on hot days, it's still there! Pros and cons. This mount has incredible suction power. I was very worried it wouldn't stay on my dash because I never had a suction cup mount. This one does!
