This was not my first choice for an aquarium. When the tank we ordered broke during transport, we were able to get a replacement. What can I say, I like it very much. Assembly was very easy and straightforward and gloves were supplied to keep the glass clean during assembly. There are a few things I'm not happy about, but they're minor and haven't caused us any problems. The left door is broken. The packaging could have been a bit better (perhaps a small piece of styrofoam or something with a small spacer between the glass panes/doors) as the panes and doors were pressed tightly together (despite being individually wrapped in plastic). Of course, Revain offered a refund or replacement, but due to the busy schedule and the terrarium already set up, I was ok with the shipping cost refund. So it's duck tape! I bought this terrarium for my friend's turtles. I was concerned by one of the reviews that it was flimsy and poorly made (no parts fit). However, I received the goods in perfect condition. Pretty easy assembly. It took me 20-25 minutes to unpack and assemble. After assembly, it is quite durable. While I wouldn't recommend moving it while holding the side panels, raise the bottom frame instead. If possible I would give 4.5 stars. I'll start by saying I'm so disappointed with this tank. I was so excited to receive it, all the parts were there. The instructions could have been a bit clearer, but I put it together. I was heartbroken looking through the back of this tank and realizing that 1) the bottom piece of glass had horrible cracks that weren't there the last time i cleaned it, and 2) my snake is gone.
