Restrictor APLusee Pressure Reducer Shut Off Review

I used in my home shower to solve a pressure problem. If another appliance (the sink) was used during the shower and another appliance (the sink) was turned on and off, the pipes behind the shower head would rattle until the shower pressure was adjusted (usually by turning the shower off and slowly turning it on - annoying ). I installed this (5 minute install) behind the shower head and lowered the pressure a bit (quite subtly) and had no such problem. Set and forget.

This is the best gear I have ever bought! No kidding — I put it on, added a $2 plastic shower head, and I feel like I'm at a spa every time I shower. I am in an apartment building and it was impossible to get the right temperature and pressure as the pressure rose sharply when I added more cold water and was very low when I reduced the cold water. Safely packed, but small and compact. Arrived earlier than expected, in perfect condition. All-metal body with internal Teflon valve. No springs (caused by a fault on the previous 3 valves I installed). There is a fixed part and a rotating part to block or let water through. I wrote a scathing review earlier because this adapter didn't fit my two shower heads when it first arrived. It just wouldn't screw in, although the diameter and number of threads seem about right.
