Easier than using Google Docs with many more features

I like that you can have multiple people respond to one request, and that they are all in the same place. It's also nice that you can copy/paste responses from other requests into your response. I dislike that sometimes it's difficult to figure out what to enter for certain fields (particularly the title). Sometimes it will ask me to select a category when there is no such option available. Also, sometimes it doesn't always pick up the correct email address or phone number. This has helped us…

Great customer experience platform designed to keep everyone connected

I love that my team can have access from anywhere in our organization, at any time of day or night with no hassle (or cost). This is great because we are often working very long hours during busy times when most people aren't available for support questions/answers via phone calls etc., but still want quick answers without having someone physically sitting next door waiting their turn while they wait out-of -office responses back over email which takes longer than just calling them up directly…
