RioRandTM Upgraded 6V 90V Motor Controller Review

Goes from off to full very smoothly. I tried two other PWMs, neither of which worked except just off and full. Used to control the flow of water from the fresh water tank. Accidentally soaked in water during use and it still works like a champ. I don't recommend cheaper alternatives, just buy the one that works first. Happy with it, will make a backup just in case, but definitely stick with it. Nothing particularly warm and noisy.

I bought 2 for my RV. My RY uses 3 speed home fans. I installed them and bypassed the original 3 speed derailleur. Now I have full control over the speed. It goes from slow scanning to high speed and everywhere in between. I can only recommend these controllers. They are easy to install and work fantastic. After reading another customer's detailed review on this product, I purchased and installed it to control the speed of my Awesome Fan in my RV. IMHO the fan just runs too fast even on the lowest setting and you only get three (H, M, L) settings which just isn't enough. With this unit installed I can now infinitely adjust the fan blades from maximum speed if I want, which is great for moving small amounts of air in and out of my camper.
