🎁 Wooden Puzzle for Birthday or Christmas - ROKR Review

So happy with the purchase! I ordered this as a Christmas present for my 17 year old daughter who loves owls and made the same owl box set last year. It turned out beautifully and I can't wait to see how it turns out! I will update the photo after I do it.

Was a lot of fun to collect and looked really nice when I put it on my bedside table. The timer is pretty good, just wish it was a little longer than it is and the pendulum moves all the time and not just when the timer is running, but other than that it's a pretty good thing to build and actually works like a regular clock huh is great! It just doesn't have a light like my current double alarm! I haven't heard the alarm clock feature as I haven't fully played with it yet! I would recommend it…

Very durable wood. The laser cut is clean, but be careful when removing details. Only the smallest details had to be sanded. Don't grind unnecessarily; Check the fit first and only grind what you need. Most parts are securely attached. This build was fun and challenging; no easy assembly. Ordered 2 sets. I wanted it to work so badly. It is not possible to attach clockworks and wooden gears as they are too big to fit in the given space, which limits their functionality. The wooden gears worked great until trying to connect the owl frame (several times). The glue didn't work and the pieces fell off. This was our second of these sets. First we made a box. It doesn't matter if you follow the instructions. You have really good instructions. This set is much more delicate than the jewelry box. There are spacers and small tools to use to make it work properly. Be sure to grind the small tips of the punch to keep the piece smooth. Apply wax to anything that needs to move.
