I like this article. My dog has eaten the zipper on two other wool dog coats but hasn't destroyed it yet! We bought a small for our 26lb Irish Terrier.

Can't comment on the warmth as it's a dog sweater but our pup seems to like it and enjoy wearing it. It is very stretchy, so putting it on and taking it off is not too difficult for all participants.

I decided to try on these sweaters for my dogs because the stove jacket didn't fit well. This product is more stretchy so the sizing isn't that bad, but dogs literally wriggle out of it. Another failure.

So, you know, it's a sweater. I thought it would be the same as mine and would have a zipper on the side, but I was wrong. I have 2 APS. One weighs 50 pounds and the other 70. Small dogs love the Ruffwear Zip Fleece. The big dog doesn't like that. To be honest I would have bought the zippered option instead.

I like this dog coat because it covers the inside and not just the back. Unfortunately, the sizes are not suitable for my dog. According to their size chart it should be Xx-Small but it was too small so I ordered X-Small but it was too big. I am very disappointed that the size just doesn't fit my dog.

Finding the right clothes for your French Bulldog during the Montana winter is certainly easier said than done. I've tried on countless jackets and sweaters that, despite all the measurements, were either too long or too small for me. This sweater fits great! It's nice and cozy but makes her feel safe. The "turtleneck sweater" suits her figure well because it doesn't allow her to stretch in the shoulders. Highly recommended!

Our rescuer is primarily a Boxer mixed with Great Pyrenees and Border Collies, so she has a broad chest and long legs and can find coats difficult for her combine / sweater. When we returned the XS and bought the S the fit was excellent. Measurements using the Fit Guide showed our dog was in the upper XS size range, but the sweater was too tight. The sweater feels comfortable and offers an extra layer of insulation. I doubt it offers much protection from stronger winds.
