I ordered this because I have large projects where I collect data from both QR and barcodes. Setup was easy, plug and play. I contacted support when I couldn't scan a specific QR code (inverse) and they responded incredibly quickly (minutes) with a barcode that, once scanned, enabled the feature. This saves me hours of manual data entry for both inventory and record keeping! They also have great detailed documentation which they are happy to email to you upon request. I have a few comments about this scanner: 1. It's not sitting straight on the table. The round readhead and extra small stand on the back allow you to balance without a stand.2. The light is very bright when you're scanning something (which can be a good thing) BUT the "red light" that shows you're scanning is NOT the same as what you're scanning. If you are scanning multiple barcodes and looking for accuracy, this is NOT the scanner you need.3. We've been using the scanner several times a week

This item is amazing! It connects to everything I use. iPhone, iPad, Win XP computer, Win 7 computer via direct connection, wireless dongle and Bluetooth. I got another scanner and had to return it because it didn't work. This product is impressive. We would like the barcode on our products to be scanned using QuickBooks. For that it works great. Just plug in and get started. We also get readings from the warehouse. It's best to take the laptop to camp and set up the barcodes, but scanning the code back to the office via bluetooth worked.
