Excellent gadget! best in my review

Very accurate! on my review.

Pleased with initial use of product so far. Used it to template door jambs while installing vinyl flooring in bathroom and laundry room. Seems to be a quality product and a good value. Glad I got both sizes, found I needed the smaller size when working a tight corner location under a cabinet. Pins/plastic strips a little stiff, but sure this will work itself out with a little more use. I'm not a contractor, just a do it yourself homeowner.

Dont hesitate-Just buy it!

Man, where have these been all my life! No more making my own templates. No more back and forth to get it "just right'. Just press this guage against whatever profile your trying to duplicate, lock it down and trace it onto the material. The lock holds firm so the guage stays put to the shape. The only improvement i would suggest to the manufacturer is include an option with a protective case! This tool is tough, but its not bulletproof. A protective case would be like icing on the cake!Arrived

This would have made things I did BEFORE I bought it a lot easier!

I bought these contour gauges to help install rubberized flooring in a home gym - getting precise cuts around the door frames and trim (perfect use case!). Disappointed in the performance

I bought this and tried it out on a few items and it just doesn't work nearly as smooth as I expected. The individual slides just don't work well independently. I tried to adjust the screws with the included allen wrench, but just couldn't get it adjusted to work better. I gave up and returned it for a refund.

Excellent Product - very easy to use and adjust!

Product is a great contour gauge. The feature that allows the pins to be tightened or loosened is very helpful, and I'm sure will allow for the product to last long. I like having this in my tool box vs. the metal contour gauges because the pins will not bend. Great update to this type of tool! Definitely recommmend!

Quick and easy to use

Had some tight spots for a piece of wood to conform to. This gave me depth and length of the corner/edge that I needed to match. Why not a perfect 5 rating? The needles are somewhat large and when you trace the pattern you get a lot of bumps that you have to "smooth" out. BUT, it's worth the money and it gives you a good place to start with the pattern. Yes I would buy it again and recommend it to others.

Great stocking stuffer

Found this by chance last year at Christmas time. My husband loves them. He is always tinkering and repairing things on our fixer upper home and these have come in handy. He said he would definitely recommend them.

Good for amateur: my feedback

I'm writing this on behalf of my father, this was for him. He bought this to help him as he renovates my bathroom and other areas of my house. He is not a construction or remodel individual and has learned how to do most things from watching youtube videos. He really likes this as he has used it in the last 2 days to cut tile for my bathroom-in a 115 year old home. Easy to use and VERY accurate

I have used a few other contour tools and this Varsk contour tool is the best. The pins contour to the shape very easily and the locking mechanism does a great job holding the shape/contour. After tracing the shape onto the flooring piece, the piece fit perfectly into place. Thank you Varsk for making a quality contour tool.

Must have!: my feedback

This product is great! We bought it as a gift for a friend who does a lot of carpentry and handy man work. He was so excited and said this will make so many things easier! He started using it immediately. Loves the size variation and said it locks in place great.

A game changer! best in my review

I bought the Varsk contour gauge as a birthday gift for my son. He could not believe he had never seen this item before. He said it is a 'game changer'. He used it to replace a board on their chicken coop. He said is was very easy to use and very accurate. The last time he replaced a board he had to 'eyeball' it and make several guesstimate cuts with a hand saw. He was so excited to get this gauge!

Easy to use on my review.

The product is easy to use. Resetting the contours is simple just unlock it and flip it around and press it against a flat surface. I have stone walls in my house and it took just seconds to trace a contour of the rock face. just wish it came with a protective carrying case, but for the price I am not complaining. It will be very useful in my renovation projects.

Used this to build some shelves in attic with nonstandard cuts. Gld this had 2 sizes to help get into smaller areas. Great product.

Helpful Lock Feature

Great tool to have in your tool box! Bought it for our upcoming kitchen remodel but then I realized how it would be so helpful for other things. I got it this week and ended up using it to trace out the hinge on top of a mini fridge so that I could place cork on the top. The accuracy was right on. It took a bit of time to figure out how to measure what I needed to measure and I ended up using both sizes for this one cut out. Love these orange helpers.

I used these in my woodworking shop all the time. Love them. Thanks to the wife for getting them for me. Easy to use and bright colors so I cant misplace them.

A nice addition to any toolbox

These contour gauges are a great help and timesaver especially for laying down flooring.These gauges can be adjusted for the tightness of the pins and locking device which is a feature not available on a lot of these. The locking mechanism works easily to lock the pins in place and holds them tightly so you can easily trace without accidentally moving the pins out of shape. This came with 2 sizes, a 5” and a 10” which can help with any job large or small. These definitely have not disappoint…
