These sleeves are too tight. They were immediately uncomfortable, and after wearing them for 45 minutes I was so relieved to finally take them off. They partially cut off circulation and gave me a slightly numb feeling in my hands and arms. I slept incorrectly and woke up in lot of pain in my shoulder blade, neck, shoulder, elbow and wrist. I went to my doctor, and chiropractor. Still was in a lot of pain after a month. I felt I needed compression on the arm. I found these. Wore for about 2 weeks and now pain free.

These really are not hot! I work outside a lot and skin cancer is a concern in the family. These really are not hot. They get dirty when I garden but they hand was well and air dry. I like that they cover my hand because I often forget that if I'm hiking and not wearing gloves. I just wish they came in more interesting colors other than pastel. And not black. In TX the sun is stronger than most other parts of the country, you can feel your skin cook even in winter after a few minutes in the sun. Having these sleeves is great when driving and also hiking. Easy to keep in your car door and good comfort. Another pair I had loosened overtime, I haven't worn these as much to notice that change.
