To be honest I was surprised by the quality of the images I got with this lens as soon as I took it out of the box. If you are looking for a 50mm lens for your Canon EF-M system, this is the lens for you. It's very sharp even wide open at f/1.4 and the autofocus is as fast and accurate as any other lens.
