Great Experience! We used DocuSign to sign 10 contracts in 2 weeks.

Great experience! In two weeks we signed 10 contracts using DocuSign! Our Account Manager was great to work with and went above and beyond to make sure we got exactly what we needed. If you're looking for a way to increase efficiency, this is a perfect solution. I would definitely recommend them! We had an account manager who worked with my group at the time. He did his job very well, which was key as he helped get our first contract. He always followed-up and made sure all questions were…

Pros
  • We love that our Account Manager is able to give us realtime updates on contracts being sent out.
  • The ease of sending files over the web to clients - not having to email files back and forth is great when dealing with clients that are difficult to get emails to.
Cons
  • We found that it is easy enough to create custom templates once you figure out how to send documents to the right people.
  • You can only upload PDFs and Word docs - not text.
