Simba Lighting NP5 Candle Warmer 25W ETC Replacement Bulb (Pack of 4)

Pleased with this bulb and the replacement bulbs. The original lamp lasted almost 4 years in a fixture used as a skylight. I think a new lamp will last just as long. The light is dimmed as it is in a closed container (with air circulation around the base). With 4 bulbs per pack, they should last a lifetime!

Pros
  • Easy Installation
Cons
  • Available in White Only

Stay away from those lightbulbs. They don't last more than 3 WEEKS!

Hacked 1 out of 10 on arrival. Within 3 weeks of installation, 3 of the remaining 9 went dead. I have ordered 10 more and am hoping for better luck. I will write an update in the next batch. If it doesn't get better I won't be ordering Simba Lighting again. UPDATE: I received my next order for 10 bulbs on December 13th, 2017. 01/01/2018. 4 bulbs burnt out. In the end I ended up with Simba Lighting.

I think most reviews are fake!

I bought 20 and installed them at work. 3 bulbs burned out in 2 days. I contacted the company and they gave me a partial refund. These lights stay on 5 hours a day, 5 days a week, so 25 hours a week. At the end of the month (after 100 hours) every day, every lightbulb started to fail. I only used these bulbs for 100 hours before they went out. This is a rip off, I have bought many Revain bulbs and they usually last at least 6 months. This leads me to believe that the reviews for this product…

Retract lamps

These were the lamps I needed at a good price I liked that. However, they sent a thin cardboard box containing 10 bulbs clearly marked FRAGILE in a paper mailer. I will repeat this again and again. Flasks in a display box marked FRAGILE must be packed in a shockproof, rigid box with padding. It's just common sense. That's what I don't like! Invest time and effort in proper packaging for distribution to end users. We risk that they all work as it is very inconvenient to install track lights and…

The best 50W on the market.

These bulbs are awesome! The last brand I bought from Revain was the worst bulb. Most of them would never light up even if placed, and two of them were very dim on our multipurpose kitchen light. I called an electrician to check the wiring as I thought the light fixture wiring was faulty. After $80 he said it wasn't the wiring that was bad, it was the lightbulbs. I couldn't imagine how, they were brand new. He recommended I try another brand. I tried the Simba brand and everything works great…

LOVE these bulbs --- BEST PRICE

I did a lot of research here on Amazon and at Home Depot and this was the best price ever! The red ring is what my camera caught, not what you can see with the naked eye, so don't worry. I only show one picture to show the brightness comparison. The old bulbs I used had "TLF FGGL024 UV" written on the bulb - so I can't tell you how much power they have compared to those 50 watts, but still - I'm VERY SATISFIED, because I wanted bright light for dark corridor. I love that I spent about $11 on…

  • so far so good

A while back I found that out of all the lights I've tried, halogen lights work best for efficiently directing IR (heat) to where the reptiles need it. I once accidentally broke the lens and found that it generates more heat. It appears that most glasses partially absorb a certain wavelength of IR radiation. This bulb actually does a better job of adding heat to my bearded dragon than the small 25w ceramic IR bulbs I've tried that send heat in all directions. The only downside is that the glass
