THIS ANTENNA MOUNT WAS EASY TO INSTALL!

I have installed several of these fireplace antenna mounts in the past but this has been the easiest for me. It's simple, durable and well made. The lock nuts require some force, but at least they don't come loose when the wind whips your antenna. I had these on my chimney with the antenna installed in about 45 minutes. I would buy one more of these and would recommend them to anyone who needs such a mount. A good product.

Excellent chimney antenna mount

Easy to install but requires ability to tighten nuts and bolts in non-standard positions while standing on a ladder. You need to buy the mast, ground wire, ground wire clamp, and cable ground wire separately in addition to the OTA antenna and signal booster. You will need a screwdriver and clamps. Nice DIY project. The hardest part is checking the antenna. My antenna had to be moved after not receiving a signal. You need to loosen and tighten the screws again.

The product works great! Instructions would be nice

There were no instructions in this package. It would be nice to have at least one piece of paper showing how to attach things. After watching a YouTube video, I found out. Pretty fast, I have a mechanical mind. For the average homeowner, installation may seem difficult. Or at least post a link to some instructions online somewhere in or on the packaging. It appears to be a durable quality material. Keeps the antenna on the chimney even in strong winds. I believe this is a durable product, the…

Seems solid at this point in terms of accessories and consumables

These straps lift easily. How much stack could I pull out of the straps with a wrench? Tighten the straps as tight as possible so that the type in bold is in its loosest position. The first time I did it I ran out of thread and had to do it again. The belts are sharp so the mechanic's gloves will help. The metal is strong. After installing the chimney mount, I installed a 5 m long ground radial antenna at the end of a 3 m [10 ft] high mast. I felt this action of the long arm of my antenna in my

Weak. Won't carry heavy loads or long poles

Just a word of caution. This mount is NOT SUITABLE FOR LONG POLE OR HEAVY ANTENNAS. It's not all "ribbed". If you want to install a large multi-element antenna on a LONG PIPE with this mount, there are a few things to keep in mind. If the vertical distance between the chimney mounts is short, the pipe length and weight above the TOP ATTACHMENT should also be small. Both fasteners undergo significant twisting and bending. This will crash the mount system. Although the straps sounded like guitar…

Seems solid so far

These straps went up with no problem. can be pulled out of the straps with a wrench. Tighten the straps as tight as possible so that the type in bold is in its loosest position. The first time I did it I ran out of thread and had to do it again. The belts are sharp so the mechanic's gloves will help. The metal is strong. After installing the chimney mount, I installed a 5m antenna with ground radials at the end of a 3m mast. I felt this effect from the long arm of my antenna in my hands, but it
