Great platform for customer engagement

I like the ability to use it from any location, even while traveling. The interface is very easy and intuitive to navigate around. I dislike how difficult it was to get started using it in the first place. There are so many different features available that you can't possibly learn them all at once. Do your research!   • It has helped us connect easily across long distances since there's not much lag when making calls via chat box between employees/customers who aren’t located too far away; great customer service support (helpful).
