Great place of employment if your looking

I like the way the Softmark team is always there to help you. There is always someone who is willing to assist you with anything you need. There is no way to get in touch with the owner or the CEO. The support team does not always seem to know what they are doing. Sometimes you have to go to the owners to get what you need. They are very helpful and friendly, but the support team can be a little slow at times. It is a great company to work for. I've enjoyed working with the team and I would…

  • All levels within organization has helped me out when needed.
  • Great communication from employees across departments even ones far away such as our remote office located outside Philadelphia; PA location where we do sales training presentations via video conferencing software called Zoom (as seen here!)

Softmark has been great to work with during our ERP implementation

Softmark has been a great partner for us. They have been very responsive and have been able to help us get through the process of changing our ERP to a new system. They have been very flexible and willing to work with us on our needs. We are still working on the implementation, but so far we are very happy with the service and support Softmark has given us. We are looking forward to the final implementation and training. I would recommend Softmark to anyone looking to implement a new ERP…

  • Knowledgeable employees ready assist you even after hours just reach out if needed when there's no one else around it doesn't matter what time its ! And always available via e mail , texting etc
