Let me start by saying that I only installed them for a day. My Matrix is 11 years old and seems to be a bit lethargic lately. I changed the spark plugs and it helped a few. I've gotten the occasional misfire fault (even with good spark plugs) so considering the cost of these coils I thought it was worth a try. Similar products compatible with the 2003 Toyota Corolla Direct Ignition Coil are between $90 and $120 at retailers such as AutoZone or O'Reilly's Auto Parts. Obviously it was a different brand but since they were 1/4 to 1/3 the price I figured I'd save a dime and take a chance.
