I tried it with a cheaper dosage and wasn't disappointed. The product fits perfectly and does exactly what it is supposed to. While "cold air" is debatable, this intake allows a lot more air into the engine, which is really all you need. Sounds great, looks good. I wish there was a version without chrome. Came with a lot more gear and vacuum lines that I wasn't expecting, very nice. Well packaged and great price.

delivery time was excellent. the paint was scratched. A mounting nut was missing. The threaded holes are not drilled at the fastening points of the air mass meter. I purchased this product on 12/15/13. The installation went well, everything went as it should. (2000 Tundra). I've checked it from time to time (every month or so) just to make sure everything is ok and where it should be. I checked it today 9/7/14 and found the filter had cracked and was now letting unfiltered air into my air intake. I'm not happy with that. Glad I bought it. basic system. Cheaper than K&N. The double end bolt with rubber mounting dampener will disengage from the mounting bracket within the first 1000 miles. I had to use long zip ties to keep them in place. Strong vibration, so one side of the metal bolt on the rubber mount came loose where it pressed into the rubber.
