The Amazon Fit guide may be incorrect.

I didn't think the product itself was bad, my problem is that even though it was listed as compatible with my Tundra 06, this part didn't fit my application at all. And these were replacements for the first ones I bought which didn't fit although Revane said they would. Stick to your local NAPA instead of relying on Revain to find the right solution. (See pic: the top one is right for my truck, the bottom one is this one. Noticeable size difference, hey!)

The best out there, period.

This is the best Ujoint 1310 without exception. This is a much stronger spigot compared to the old 1310 Spicers (5-153x) with a much more conveniently placed oiler. It also has machined oil passages in the caps compared to the 153x. They are also physically heavier. They will work for any 1310 application, but you must ensure that the application is using a 1310 size connection. If this is the case, installing them will give you a good strength upgrade. Be sure to follow the supplied…

Installed on a 1999 Jeep Cherokee Solid Fit

I replaced the rear shaft universal joints on my 1999 Jeep Cherokee after noticing transmission vibration. I wish I had done that sooner. The jeep drives smoothly now! I used copper clips from the kit, they seemed as tight as possible to me. I also rented a ball joint kit from Autozone. Removal is much easier. I like the grease nipples on the lid, they are easy to access and that's no reason not to grease them now. I also replaced the straps with this set from Spicer (Yukon (YY STR-004)…

The best part at the best price.

Bought these universal joints to replace the drive shafts on my 2000 Jeep Wrangler. Although the chart indicates they are not suitable for my application, I measured carefully and concluded that these gimbals fit perfectly. From my measurements I found the copper colored clips were the thinnest and I used them to install my new connections. These parts arrived on time, were very affordable and in good condition. I've had several of these along with other Spicers and think they're superior to…

Just a small problem.

Well these gimbals got rid of all the dirt off my 2000 Jeep Wrangler Sahara driveshaft and I get to lube them frequently. They appear to be very well made. But what did you expect from Spicer other than good quality? The only downside to these U-joints is that the installation instructions are very limited. Specifically, ten different clips are provided to you, but it doesn't explain which to use in which situation. I have measured with a micrometer that gold is thinner than gray and these are…

Don't add grease - replacement parts

I used two of these greases on a 2000 Jeep Cherokee rear driveshaft that I use on a mail route. I pumped some extra lube into the first one I installed and one of the white plastic caps cracked during installation. Then I read the instructions that came with the gimbal. DO NOT ADD ADDITIONAL LUBRICANT was clearly stated. Oh good. reading and learning. Also, it would be wise to hire a ball joint press to mount on the driveshaft. I used a socket and a big hammer, but I feel there must be a more…

Excellent part for spares

Not sure if they changed the packaging based on some previous reviews but mine came with clips in the bags and instructions for those bags. I bought a grease free universal joint for life. It is preloaded with the exact amount of grease needed to balance all 4 corners. In addition, it has no drilled holes for grease fittings, so it is considered more durable than the lubricated type. By no means should you mix up the caps because you could end up moving the grease (hard to imagine that's a…
