I thought I'd put them in the dishwasher to wash before use. Multiple flashes or shells melted. 2-gallon and several sandwiches. I hung them on these rods to separate dishes in the dishwasher. I don't know why they melted. They have claimed that they can be washed in the dishwasher, but this is not the case.

Great Product. It's leak proof, easy to clean and I love that I was able to replace my zip lock bags with it. I use it daily, I pack fruit and snacks in it and even marinate meat and there's no leakage. Highly recommend if you are trying to use less plastic and don't want to keep buying and throwing away ziplock bags. This is a great replacement.

At first the product had the wrong picture saying it was for hand washing only but Jecy from customer service was helpful and replied to my emails within hours. They assured me they were dishwasher safe and that they contained a typo. I've used them in the dishwasher and love that they have berry or cucumber juice in them! It's amazing and buy more!

Was hoping to replace the disposable bags with these. The packaging says not to wash in the dishwasher, but the description and the packaging itself says you can. I've only used the pouch shown in the photo twice, on the top shelf in the dishwasher, and it's already starting to come loose. I like the durability of these bags! This is my first purchase of reusable plastic bags. At first I wanted to buy some other brands but decided on this one because of the good reviews and cheap price. I definitely recommend them to anyone who wants to save the planet, one bag at a time. So far I have only hand washed my bags because I want to extend their lifespan. As a tip, I like to use a bottle brush to clean out those tight corners and place it over a mug to dry. I like the variety of sizes. They seal very well and are easy to close. I like the clean design. I use them daily! I ended up buying two sets! MAKE SURE you only wash them in the top rack of the dishwasher (I accidentally melted one of mine in the bottom rack), so hand washing is actually ideal.
