The metal bent at the vents is not welded so there was a small gap where the metal joined and it must be a cheap alloy because my dog managed to pry it open, damaging his mouth and teeth in the process. He came home to find blood running down the wall of the kennel! I do not recommend!

The reviews were great but my experience was terrible. 1. much larger than advertised 2. XL parts are missing 3. The replacement is also missing the same main media part. I gave up! I will have to fine someone who takes my dog to the vet while holding it. He was wounded in an attack. I suggest they stop selling returned items without checking every detail to make it work.

This box beats PetMate in quality and price! It's well made, the materials are strong, and the plastic isn't flimsy or brittle like the PetMate.
