It's the thermostat, it works

I replaced the thermostat in my 1995 Mazda Miata with this and now my car heats up to the correct temperature. I didn't realize my old one was broken until I installed the new one. What else can I say about him? It works.

Must come with gasket

Having bought thermostats with a gasket I was disappointed when I had to go to my local auto parts store to get a gasket. Keep in mind that if you buy this thermostat, you will need to spend an additional $4 to purchase the seal. I haven't tested the product yet, but I'm sure it will work very well.

Fits 2003 KIA Spectra 1.8L - 195 degrees vs 180 degrees - see below.

In my case, changing from the recommended 180 degree thermostat in a 2003 1.8 liter KIA Spectra engine to a 195 degree thermostat fixed a known issue, which caused the check engine light to come on, indicating that the engine is not warming up. as soon as necessary in cold weather. The 195 degree model allowed the engine to warm up to operating temperature much faster than before. It also gave me heat faster. The temperature display on the dashboard shows the same or a little higher whileโ€ฆ

Don't waste your time and money like me.

Don't waste your money or time on these thermostats. I bought 185f and 195f. They don't work properly. The 185f was partially stuck open after a weekend on track and the temp didn't rise above 170f. I took it out to put the 195f in and then found that the pin on the 185f thermostat which is on top of the thermostat was bent over and stuck at a 45 degree angle and wouldn't close fully causing it to shut cold became daily use. Drive. The 195f got my car up to almost 210f on the freeway when itโ€ฆ
