A good product! - Table Saw Accessory

Works Great! Probably better on my router table than my table saw due to the slight drop in my table saw throat plate. That way I don't have to worry about rusting since my shop isn't heated or weatherproof.

Pros
  • Certified
Cons
  • Crumpled Packaging

Great price and very accurate

This is a great tuning tool. I've used it on my table saw for a couple of weeks and found it great for repetitive cuts and quick single cuts. Tried it out on my router table for the first time. Bears use an adjustment square for accuracy and speed.

Pros
  • Good product for the price
Cons
  • Upgrades

Great budget depth gauge

I was looking at digital depth gauges and saw this. Thought I'd give it a try as it was way less money than the ones I was looking at. It's well done, good Heavy Metal but not too heavy. It is smooth, the markings on it are clear and easy to read. Happy with this purchase!

Pros
  • Very impressive
Cons
  • Some little things

Precise adjustment

This sensor is very handy. My table saw is great, but not as accurate as a table saw (which I don't have) and sometimes it slips a bit. These amounts are significant for projects that require greater accuracy. This handy gauge helps me check and adjust the saw blade height quickly and easily.

Pros
  • Great design
Cons
  • No automatic adjustment

Recommended for precision cutting

I think this is a great little product. It's easy to use and has just the right material to ensure durability and easy location on the workbench. I have a cardboard type that is good but pales in comparison to this tool. Very good and highly recommended for precise cutting and ease of use.

Pros
  • Weight
Cons
  • Slightly torn

A well made and inexpensive sensor works as advertised.

I saw something similar on a youtube video. I'm a woodworker and this is very helpful for setting the height of a table saw blade. You turn it on its side and then you can adjust the height of the tiller blade. It's all aluminum and the labels are engraved and painted black. It seems like it should last a lifetime. I was surprised to see it was made in Canada and not somewhere in Asia.

Pros
  • Robust design
Cons
  • Functionality

Good idea, bad execution

I like the general idea of this depth gauge, but it has design flaws that limit its use. Both pressure gauges must lie flat on the saw table. The problem is that the "legs" are too narrow and placed near the lowest "notches" in height to prevent one of them from getting into the space between the blade and the edge of the hole in the blade insertion plate. at least on my table saw. . This will likely work if you use an insert with no gap. If they added just 1/2 inch more to the legs on either…

Pros
  • New
Cons
  • Not the best
