The packaging is terrible. The item was wrinkled. I can overlook that, but the picture is wrong. how do you screw it up Will let you know how it works. Shady. I have a copper capacitor. Not as described.

Very good structure! Works as advertised and easy to set up. Adjusting the water flow is very sensitive as it doesn't take long to get a big change in temperature with a small adjustment, but once you adjust it it's amazing.

This is a complete heap of junk allowing for the lowest quality alcohol. total waste of money. tries everything and all it does is burn the throat with alcohol. It has no control ability, I even tried modifying the water control and it still sucks. I go back to my homemade device before starting it again

Works the same as the YouTube video. Get an extra water flow controller; makes things a lot easier. This item requires very little maintenance and works exactly as advertised. Having built the house is a dream come true. If you are a beginner, follow the directions, make a few batches before experimenting yourself.

It's still best after bread cutting for the home brewer. Although I originally purchased this kit with a T-500 reflux column and had great results, I ended up purchasing a copper dome/condenser as well for a better tasting product. Reflux is more for those who want a pure, strong spirit like vodka. Get yourself a Copper Alembic dome and condenser for things like brandy and rum. You won't regret it!

Looks good, I've used it twice and was quite impressed although couldn't get any performance at the advertised temperature settings. After 3 hours of starting production and maintaining an average column temperature of 160°F, I was only producing about a cup of alcohol. Since it wasn't working I decided to up it to 170f and the production looked like it should. About a gallon was produced over the next approximately 3-3 1/2 hours.
