A great customer service product with a very intuitive interface.

I love how easy to use the interface is. It's very intuitive and makes the process of answering questions and taking calls very efficient. I have not found anything that I dislike about this product. It's a great product and I highly recommend it. I can't think of anything that I would change about the product. It has been a great addition to our customer support department.   • Ease with accessing information
  • Intuitive design for ease in navigation/use.
  • Very simple user experience, as wellas fast access time when using from mobile device (tablet) compared other software which takes several seconds longer than SStringe X while performing comparable actions such entering cases into database or assigning them back out again without having their own case tracking system attachedto workstation.
