Compatible with Usio EJV21150W

I bought this Sunlite lamp as a compatible replacement for the Usio EJV21V150W lamp used in the Vision Engineering microscope. A microscope light box is very similar to a slide projector and has a cooling fan. Usio bulbs typically last 2-3 years before burning out. But the first Sunlite bulb burned out after a week.
