I have been using it for several years. I use them in multiple tanks, just plug in and it runs. I've noticed that the flow slows down a bit after about a year and is easily stopped by garbage between 2 and 3 years. BUT at $5.50 per pump - what can you go wrong? I don't know of any other electric submersible that costs $5.50 and lasts two years or more.

Ordered 4 packs of these SunSun Sun JVP-110 528 GPH pumps: 2 out of 4 pumps continue to fail after 2 weeks of use. I turn off all my pumps during feeding and when they start up again after 15 minutes the shaft generator pumps are often reversed. They don't start properly and hardly let water through when turning backwards. I suspect they all have a design flaw that causes this to happen regularly. aquarium installation.
