I use a harness when walking my dog so the collar is for ID tags only. I will not test durability and cannot confirm how well the craftsmanship holds up because of this. But it looks great. Easy to set up. solid value. The collar looks higher quality than comparable products on the market.

Very high quality nylon and stitching. The plastic clasp is well made. The only way to make it better is to make everything metal instead of plastic, but given the price, I was really surprised at how well it held up. We even added a brass nameplate and now it looks insanely trendy and expensive, but cost me less than $10 for the whole thing. Very impressive!

This was my first time buying a collar without a clasp and I was a little worried it would open as my dog likes to toss around a lot (we usually use a harness). a few weeks on and it was perfect. Addendum: I later bought a second one. We love this collar and it's been a favorite of the 4-5 we've tried so we bought a second one when the first gets wet or is in the wash.

After only 3 months of use, the clip connecting the rental unit broke off. It was simply because we live in Indiana and the weather was terrible. Only recently have we been able to walk more than a block or two. In addition, our laboratory behaves very well, this collar is subjected to minimal stress. At first we really liked it - nice solid color, seemed durable, good price. But I think you get what you pay for. I recommend skipping this collar and paying a few bucks more for better quality.

I bought this collar for my 22lb French Bulldog. He is definitely larger than his breed and has a very broad neck.
