Not Worth the Hype in my review

This product is a complete waste of money. It looks fancy but does not deliver any value. The product is poorly designed and does not fit as expected. The threads do not line up properly, causing leakage. The only good thing is that it's a cheap and easily replaceable product in the Industrial and Scientific category.

Pros
  • Cheap
Cons
  • Poor design and functionality

Not for Pex tubing for hose fittings

Purchased for house installations on wheels. But I found out they don't work with Pex pipe. You'll get a steady drop of water from the jagged end. They are designed for use with rubber hoses.

Pros
  • Maximum working pressure 200 psi inches (14 bar) at 68 degrees F (20 degrees C) over a temperature range of -5 to +230 degrees F (-20 to +110 degrees C), depending on the Application
Cons
  • Obsolete model

good quality and high temperature resistance

I got them for an intercooler project on a car. These are very good quality with a large slick ID making them less restrictive than others. Nylon 66 is also capable of much higher temperatures than most plastic fittings. I got 10 of these for the price of 1 brass fitting.

Pros
  • Connects to a hose on one end and a female NPT thread on the other
Cons
  • Was damaged
