Worked as it should

I used it to hook up my new Reese Brakeman IV brake controller to a 2002 Ford E250 Van. He connected directly. The van connector is located on the left side panel in a large wiring harness.

Pros
  • Everything is fine!
Cons
  • Very Expensive

Worked perfectly for my 2005 f150 with tow kit

This was a great use of twenty bucks. Saved me from gluing the factory strap. hooked up to a connector directly on the accelerator pedal just under the dash edge in less than 5 minutes. I put my controller in an extra pocket on the dash under the cup holder and secured it with Velcro. By cutting a hole in the top of the bag I was able to route this 2 foot cable to the controller without too much trouble.

Pros
  • Great overall performance
Cons
  • Vulgarity

Fits perfectly in the wiring harness of my 2005 F150 with hitch

Fits snugly in the wiring harness and to the back of my brake control unit. Fast and easy! 2005 F150 with towing package. If after plugging it in it doesn't seem to be connecting to your trailer's brakes and lights, check the simple things first. In my case, the connector on the back of the truck's 7-pin connector was loose. I spent 30 minutes checking fuses and relays, then finally checked the 7 pin connector and found a loose connector. Reconnected and everything worked. You may also need aโ€ฆ

Pros
  • Hands free operation
Cons
  • Quality
