After experiencing a herniated disc, sacroiliitis, and chronic pain, my PT recommended I buy a TENS unit. This has been a useful pain management tool (along with other measures I take to manage pain: physical therapy, ice & heat, medication, etc…). Only complaint is that on one of the wires the snap clasp broke so now I I have to use the other set in the box which forces me to use all six pads instead of just 4, but no big deal because I find places to use them all anyway.

The Tens unit works well, however the instructions are poorly written. The instruction state to use 1/4 inch wire& make sure to use 1 + and 1-,different color indicates which is positive & which is negative. The wire that is for using only 2 pads are both white. The wire used for 4 pads have 2 blue & 2 white correctors but no indication which is + or -. When I use the wire for two pads I insert the wire into the right port I feel nothing i have to insert it into the left port to feel anything…

This device is really helping my manage my fibro pain, I’m shocked at how intense it can get for such a small affordable unit. I used it on my bf last night to help with his sciatica pain, today he said he had very minimal pain while at work and didn’t have to hobble a weird way when he got up from sitting in weird positions. We’ll continue to use it and we’re extremely impressed!

This little unit packs a wallop. Helped relieve back pain. I can only use about half power. Different modes for different sensations. I use every night. Don't have to recharge too often based on my usage. Only complaint is stickiness goes away pretty quickly so I wear tight fighting camisole and apply underneath. Also purchased pads separately from another company. Otherwise I love this little unit!

The unit comes with two channels to stimulate two separate sets of muscles, but no power control to each channel individually. I end up using only one channel at a time to get the desired power setting.

I bought this for my mom, but her physical therapist borrowed her one before I got this to her, and then an MRI revealed she had cancer, so the pain was not treatable with this type of method. This little machine truly has improved my life. I have a rare form of migraine which targets one specific point on my face. Although I have medicine, it takes a few hours to kick in so I am still frequently losing time to my very distracting pain. However, I've found that using the TENS on my face every day has significantly lowered my chances of getting my migraine. Honestly can't believe this worked so well and quickly! Slept wrong on my back and sustained some pretty gnarly pain for about a week. I figured there was a 50/50 shot these were a gimmick but I immediately felt tension relief and that stiffness feeling gradually left after an hour. When I first saw this device as I unpacked it I did not think that it would do very much at all. I use this product to as a TENS unit for my back I have several degenerative discs and have pretty severe pain especially with the weather changes. I can tell you that it works very well the battery lasts very long time as I put it on in the morning and use it during the day as needed. Much better than opioid drugs, it really works

I got this to try and help my back pain/cramps I’ve been experiencing daily for the last few months. I’m very impressed with the relief this device provides. I’m using this in combination with an acupressure mat. While it’s not a complete fix/cure to the cramps and pain, it definitely helps a lot!

I have been suffering with severe menstrual cramps that were so intense they brought me to tears. I went down the google rabbit hole and came across TENS. Was having trouble on my back and this little device helped easy the tension. Definitely surprised me. Only thing I one of the pads started wearing off rather quickly. Other than that, it does the job when I can’t get into the chiropractor. Worth the $20 .
