Unreliable and overpriced label printer

Based on my experience, this label printer is not worth the investment. It constantly jams and requires frequent maintenance. The cost is also far too high for the subpar quality it provides.

The printer does not work on Windows 10.

The printer came with a small driver disk. However, I don't have a hard drive reader on laptops. I cannot find a suitable driver for this printer. There must be another way to deliver the driver to clients. I spent hours getting it to work. All attempts were unsuccessful. I tried to return it but now I have no way.

Instructions do not match printer

Bluetooth not connecting to Android phone. Connects to an Android tablet via Bluetooth. The instructions do not really match the printer. green. It also didn't come in the manufacturer's packaging and the battery was already connected, not in a separate packaging that others had. The blinking amber LED (presumably blue according to the instructions) continues to blink like it's not charged after being on the charger all night should it need to be charged.
