Description of Tinpec Zirconia Sanding Grinder Surface

[High Performance] With 1 / 4-inch handle disc holder, 75 pieces of fine / medium / coarse quick change discs with special fiber as the base and zirconia as the grinding particle, it shows excellent performance on any kind of surface. [Quick Change and Stable] The unique safe torque on the quick change grinding disc is spirally connected to the holder, leveling the whole sandpaper and providing steady and accurate surface grinding, stable work on die grinder without no falling off. [Completely Safe] Sanding discs with special fiber as the base is characterized by the open 3D structure that the traditional grinding wheel does not have. With good elasticity and plasticity, the roloc discs are suitable for objects of different shapes. Rapidly heat dissipation can prevent the grinding disc from collapsing or deforming for overheating. Compared with alumina grinding disc, this grinding disc has a longer service life. [Widely Used] The sanding disc is suitable for plastic, stainless steel, alloy, iron, non-ferrous materials and other materials. The high-hardness durable grinding disc is suitable for the surface finishing, deburring, polishing and other processing in shipbuilding, repair, aviation, machinery, automobile sheet metal coating, metal stamping, die casting, instruments and meters, textile machinery, medical equipment parts, hardware, water heating equipment, golf head and electric vacuum.

Ideal for automotive tradespeople

I've only used 2 pads so far, but I already like them. The disc lasts a while and I love that I can penetrate welds more directly than I can with my 4 inch grinder.

Pros
  • Finishing power tool parts and accessories
Cons
  • The list goes on.

Ideal for grinding aluminum!

Used these to grind the motor housing on my e-bike project. Only had to sand the light part and my 4" sander was too big. It was the perfect size and easy to use with my 3/8" variable speed drill.

Pros
  • Grinding Wheels
Cons
  • Zero

Great deal for a quality product

To be honest I didn't expect these grinding wheels to be as good as they are. Zirconia pads last much longer than alumina pads. You get a lot for such a great price. I can unreservedly recommend the purchase of these grinding wheels. You will accompany me for a long time.

Pros
  • Power tool parts and accessories
Cons
  • Not as thick as other cutting tools

Don't Last - Quick Change Discs

Looks like very good quality. And at a good price, about 40 cents a piece with tax. Most of them were deformed. Maybe from her delivery. They worked fine initially, but fell apart after a minute or less. At 10,000 rpm it gets pretty exciting. Maybe not designed for high speeds. I probably just use them and avoid the cheaper drives. --- Most of them were deformed --- ! / 4 inch screw does not fit well in the standard socket. This has never happened --- The paper is separating from the fabric…

Cons
  • I don't remember

Wear protection on grinding wheels

The price was great for the quantity. The first few worked. This was followed by the next 2 flying out after the disc separated from the shaft mount. In other cases, when you wanted to exchange the disc for a new one, the disc "stuck" to the shaft or detached from the shaft. attachment. Basically attaching the disc to the shaft mount really does require some work as at least 15 out of 75 came loose with light use. Just a few lights broken in the shop and the neighbor's cat spooked when hit.

Pros
  • Quick-change wheels
Cons
  • Working speed
