Does what it's supposed to and does it well.

We bought this paging system for a new restaurant. He did exactly what we wanted. Nothing to set up. Just plug it in and it works. The signal range was longer than we needed (about 150 feet) as our customers usually wait in close proximity to our restaurant. It was also easy to replace the images on the pagers to match our restaurant's brand image. The only downside was that an impatient guest didn't want to wait and stole our pager. Buzzers don't work after several weeks

These buzzers are perfect for our small restaurant but they stopped working after only a few weeks. We liked the small shape and the ability to customize the label, but we can't use it anymore. Many times we cheat a customer and they just don't work, which is very detrimental to the flow and success of our restaurant. INCREDIBLE RANGE AND PERFORMANCE: Great product - better than expected

Working in the hospitality industry for over 40 years. I currently have 4 restaurants. We spent over $2,000 on a pager system a few years ago when the technology wasn't what it is today.
