They break during installation.

The lip that should hold it is only 5/32" wide, so when you tighten the tabs it pulls through the hole in the hub and comes loose. must be made of impact-resistant plastic. Also, you will need white gloves to work with these caps as they pick up stains very easily. Do yourself a favor and save yourself the heartache. Buy a higher quality product.

Cons
  • Something Else

Overpriced but meets my needs.

I would give this product 5 stars if the price weren't so outrageous. They are identical to the original hubcaps that wore out and fell off a few years after we bought our trailer. I bought them knowing they would fail again because I bought them to decorate a pendant before selling. They look good but should cost about 1/4 of what they charge.

Pros
  • Trailer Accessory
Cons
  • Skimpy Instructions

They didn't fit behind my wheels

They were thick enough that my wheels didn't fit completely on the hubs. I had to twist and twist and twist all the time. The caps eventually broke off, save for a thin ring that was wedged between the wheel and hub. 3 out of 4 took a dust cap when it broke so I had to buy and replace it during my 3,000 mile trip in the middle of nowhere. Luckily Napa had them in stock.
