I have to say I'm really disappointed with the way the site looks, it's unprofessional, poor design, bad layout, and I don't like the color scheme.

I have to say I'm really disappointed with the way the site looks, it's unprofessional, poor design, bad layout, and I don't like the color scheme. But then again, I'm not the target audience so what does it matter if I like it or not. I was hoping to use the site to showcase our work, but it's just not possible, it would take me ages to change all the pages. And I'm sure the other sites are much better designed than this one. The content is ok, it could be a bit longer, but I guess I'd have to

  • I like the way the site looks, and how easy it is to navigate

  • Some parts of the website seem to be missing information, such as the contact details, about us section, etc
  • Website design is too simple, and seems to lack professional presentation

UKC Company are a great agency to work with.

We've worked with them on multiple occasions now and would recommend them without hesitation. As our China office is quite small we find it hard to justify any further work with other agencies - we have seen so many examples of UK businesses falling into the traps of cheaper suppliers and getting ripped off. They are expensive, unreliable, and don't give us much feedback. Our last account manager didn't even know how to use Google translate properly. She tried her best to communicate with me in Chinese but she was making mistakes all the time and would get angry if I pointed out the errors. My other…

  • They offer very affordable packages that are well worth the money.

  • It seems like nobody is available during office hours, and even after office hours, nobody will answer your calls.
