I was amazed at this product! It took months for me to make a decision on which item to buy. I'm so glad I chose this one! This waist band provides back support while working out and is very comfortable. I even use it for support while working from home. It keeps me very warm under my clothes and it's not bulky. The fit is great and the price is affordable. Well worth it!

I liked everything about this oneNo snaps just a very secure zipper. no stretching out of shape. long enough to cover the lower pooch. enough room to let your bust area out and not be pushed all together and look stupid under your clothing. you really didn't have to guess about the size because the size chart was accurate and the price was well under affordable and there's something in the material makes you sweat. You can wear it under your clothing and it not be seen .I love it!

I love this! I was looking for a waist trainer that was comfortable when working out and this is it! I ordered an XL. 5’4, 195 lbs and it was true to size. The support is mild so it not too strong where you can’t bend. I can do my yoga in it also. Love the double compression feature because it’s makes your stomach feel extra tight. Lol.

I didn't think that this would fit as well as it does and work as well as it does, but it does! I sweat and it doesn't creep up past the muffin. Anyone says this product is not true to size is lying. I'm 214lb, 5'5" and I bought a large and it fits perfectly! I could even go for a medium! Just have to know how to put it on. I definitely recommend! I wear it all day at work. Extremely comfortable and worth every penny!

They didn't have an xlarge so I ordered an large. The large fit perfectly. I had to zip it first then pull over my hips. Once I got it on sublime fit from my back to my front. Easy to zip down and remove. I love it thinking getting another to wear everyday. Awesome product and more comfortable than my spanx.

It was kind of big but can adjust as needed. The support for back poked hole in vest and stocked me so I was not able to use anymore without causing pain or stick in side.

I have purchased this vest twice. The first vest was Amazing. It fit well did its job and help with my weight loss journey. Needed to purchase a smaller vest after losing weight and the second vest worked only for 1 day. The velcro comes undone at the slightest movement. No grip what so ever. Just received this order. I ordered a medium because thats what the size chart said. It was a bit of a struggle to put on but keep in mind I just ate also. Once it was fully zippered up the support is amazing. You have such proper posture and I can start to feel a slight warmth in my stomach area. This product provided great support for my upper abdomen. I wish this had two wraps instead of one. Most definitely could use a wrap for my lower abdomen. I wore it for my 10hr work shift and I could feel the warmth kicking in the first hour. It was comfortable enough to be worn the entire shift.

I received this item and was not sure how it would look under my clothes, but it fits comfortable and being a person with back issues from a car accident this helps elevate the pain that I have in my back sometimes. Comfortable, works good (makes you really sweat when working out!) But the velcro does poke out (unless you can get it super flat, which is a challenge lol) so people will know your wearing it. But not a big deal 😬

Pros: I noticed a difference almost immediately. While wearing it had a slimming effect and when taken off, there is a definite change in the appearance (shrinkage) in the mid section. I was afraid to buy this because the sizing is always off on these things, but reading some of the reviews, I decided to get it. Glad I did. The sizing was accurate and the vest is lightweight and comfortable. You will love it!

I probably should have read up more on this before ordering, but I did not. I wanted a good waist trainer that I could easily adjust the waist bands to get more snatch but what I got was basically a sweat shirt with a velcro belt. it does not have any stretch to it at all! what it does well is make you sweat during your workout, so I still use it for that but I will need to find my snatched waist else where.

Ive been wearing this all day and I haven’t gotten tired of it. I feel like I’m wearing a regular shirt. It gives me great support and at first I was iffy on the sizing but GET THE SIZING THE SUGGEST! I feel great and I’m so happy with the product.

I have had a few and tired on many! I’m 190 lbs, 5’7” got a large. This is beyond comfortable and still got some good crunches in. It does it’s job well! It’s not to long or to short. Strong material and zipped very nicely and smooth! Love it !
