Works great with Voxelab Aquila and fixed my Z axis problems!

I just installed it on my Voxelab Aquila, it fits and works perfectly. This kit, along with anti-backlash nuts (I have brass, 2-pack, Polisi3D brand, here at Revain) FINALLY solved the problem my printer was having with the Z-axis compressing the first 1mm thick layer. For this update I tried other adjustments to fix the elephant leg issues (adjusting the horizontal expansion of the first layer in Cura, tightening the roller wheels so there is no wobble, checking the Z-connection (none found)…

Nice set but may require a bit of effort to attach to your printer

Many similar sets are sold here and elsewhere. I encountered a few minor imperfections during assembly and decided to note them so the others would be ready. Neither was a demo stopper, and since it's a common design, they most likely have the same issues. The first problem is that the hole in the backplate for the eccentric was slightly drilled on mine, so I couldn't get the pressure off. applied to the POM roller. Although it rolled, the pressure could cause a flat spot on the POM wheel, so…

Missing parts and poorly designed upgrade.

If I hadn't gone to all the trouble to install this I would have just sent it back. There are so many issues with this design that it's hard to know where to start. Let's start with the quality of the gear included in the kit and the lack of gear. The hardware included in the kit uses Phillips head screws, not socket head screws. If they are high quality Phillips heads then this might not be a problem. except that it doesn't match the rest of the printer. The problem is these are low quality…
