Works as expected. We have one person in our household who thought our original shower head was too harsh in water pressure. So we got this so we could accommodate everyone with two shower heads

Needed to add a handheld shower wand to the already existing shower head. After experiences with plastic diverter a that always end up leaking, this solid brass one does the trick. Easily switch from shower head to the handheld with the turn of a dial. This is our third one in different homes we’ve lived. Solid choice!

Due to my recent health conditions, we had to remove our tub and add a walk-in shower. Used a spray bar in addition to the regular shower head so I could shower sitting. This item made it extemely easy to adjust between the spray and the shower head. Installed easily. My husband did it.

Valve work like it is supposed too, the 90deg angle comes out for attaching my straight hand held, is the worng angle, to use it, it has to lay flat.

Great diverter. When first installed i got one drip every 15-20 secs .uninstalled and changed the washer configuration. It comes with 4 washers [2 thin + 2 thick] with 1 thick installed. I swapped out for 2 thin and no leaks at all. Remember for those getting leaks wrapping your pipe correctly is important
