Good box for brushes.

This is a great box for a small number of art brushes. The only problem is that when you have the brushes in the brush holder area (the vertical part when the box is open) the brushes don't want to stay upright and slide down. This could have been avoided if manufacturers had made small indentations for the tips of the handles to rest on. Regardless, I still like it; it is well done.

I don't know what the point is, brushes won't stay in the brush holders

Thing works perfectly, love the look but it's very small and almost impossible to get the brushes to fit in to stay these brush holes. Even if they were, it's not ideal for me because theoretically it only holds 5 or 6 brushes. Other compartments hold a handful of pens, maybe tubes of watercolors, but no more.

Bad design

This box seemed perfect for what I needed: a box for a set of drawing pencils, my new electric eraser and all its components, and a set of brass sharpeners. The size is great. The latch is upside down though, which is odd and doesn't really matter much unless someone knew and turned the box over to open it, then everything would fall out. handle, all contents move to different compartments. Since it's not that expensive and a good size, I decided to cut the inserts out of 1/4" thick heavy duty…
