I literally spent 3 hours getting this camera to work. Parts were missing right out of the box. I didn't care since I have a lot of wires and other necessary things. I unplugged and connected everything, the camera doesn't work. It does not begin. Stay away! Seriously, stay away! just my trash! Garbage!

This camera is easy to install with car label screws. Night vision is reasonably adequate and image quality is pretty good for the price. My only advice is if you don't know how to wire your car look it up on YouTube or elsewhere as it can save you a lot of headaches during the installation process.

So far so good. Not too many complaints about it. Pros: Nice and clear (during the day). It's easy to put the license. Wire installation is easy. When reversing, the camera rises quickly with 0 wait time. Cons: Night time is not very clear. The color of the picture sometimes turns purple, but this does not limit viewing. In general, I really like the camera, I wish it was better at night, but it's not scary.

There have been a few of these bugs over the last few years. The service life of the camera or the associated pigtail at the end of the camera is 6-12 months. Do not make your setup permanent as you will need to replace the camera regularly. However, the long wire coming from the screen is pretty durable. The camera is pretty good when working properly. Get the cheapest option for these license plate cameras because if you spend more you get nothing. These are all the same cheap POS terminals.

Easy to install but I drive in a crew cab with an 8ft rate, dual sedan tint on the rear windows and a tool box in the back of my truck. Connecting the camera to a 2004 Lexus is300 for the first time. It wasn't too bad. I had to dismantle the paneling in the trunk to find the reversing light wires. I just hooked it up to the reverse light. Power and grounding is pretty simple.
