Had it for 4 months roughly, always had problems with it dis connecting, now it won't connect at all. No customer service at all, bought a year of the service as well. Bought a ring camera and put it right next to it and that works great. I'm out the money for the camera and the year of service.

This is a great budget camera. Had it for about 2 months now and it's been great. Cloud recording is free for a month if you keep making new accounts, or you can buy an SD card to keep it recording. Only downfall is once every 2 or 3 weeks we have to reconnect back to the camera which takes about 5 minutes.
