Very user friendly and great customer service

Versa has been very helpful with our call center needs by allowing us to customize many of its features for ease of use. It's easy enough for anyone in your organization who doesn't know much about computers or phone systems to be able operate it without any training at all! The only thing I dislike so far as an employee myself (I'm not currently using it) would have to do some customization work if you're looking into customizing how things look/work when they go live. We are solving several…

Pros
  • Easy way that calls & voicemail messages get sent directly from one person, through their computer system via email address rather than having them receive text message notification like traditional phones provide today while also giving options such as sending audio files attached along side those communications instead of just receiving transcripts back once received..which is great because sometimes transcription services aren’t available 24 hours per day 7 days per week but still want these transcriptions done ASAP upon

Versa Srs has made our life so much easier! It's been such an easy transition for us since we first started using it over 2 years ago now - I can't remember having any issues with anything at this time (as far as i'm aware!). The product itself looks very nice too which makes me feel confident in recommending people use them when looking into help desk systems / ticketing solutions etc.. We have not had problems during those two year timespan either but then again if you're happy doing things…

  • Great support staff, quick response to queries via email & phone call.Easy integration within existing environment that is used daily by employees every day !Great customer feedback after moving from old TickIT software solution..all good here folks :)
