This duck tape is very sticky, it sticks to things and won't let go, and it's hard to tear off when it's already stuck to something. Regular thickness tape, not too thick, not too thin, just right. It's like another regular ribbon that includes white yarn to make it stronger. For the price and the quality of the product I would say it's a bargain.

Bought this green tape to patch small tears in the green tarp where the cover was separating from the fabric. I wipe down the tarp with 91% isopropyl alcohol and let it dry. I have a tape The tape does not stick properly to the tarpaulin. I removed the tape, dropped this brand and installed Gorilla (brand) black tape which works fantastic. The thickness of this tape is comparable to the thinnest tape you can find in retail.

This is a really good, thick and strong tape, but it can be torn apart by hand. I have a dark green, it has a nice glossy sheen, it holds up well and sticks well. They are available in red, black and many other colors.
